It was Bob (Markey's) birthday on 4/4, so we were celebrating, which included eating my mom's great cooking (but what good party DOESN't include eating? It wouldn't be a REAL celebration, would it?), and Izaac is a fan of that already. (The picture on the right is how he enjoys mom's homemade French bread.)Uncle (?) Joe (Bob's oldest boy, 18, and soon to graduate from Hoover in Des Moines) wanted Izaac to try on his fancy new Cubs hat. Joe also got a new 'authentic' D. Lee Cubs jersey, which he was wearing, also, but was careful to stay away from Izaac while he was eating chocolate cake and strawberry whip!
