Samantha received her birthday present in the "Rainforest" in the Omaha zoo on Saturday (her 22nd birthday). It's now official! Marty popped the question, and she said yes!!
Marty and Samantha used the excuse for wanting to go boating (which we did) to come and tell us yesterday (Sunday). Before he went off to work, John grilled a great lunch for all of us, and then the three of us went boating in Little Wall Lake for a couple of hours.
