New kitchen look! May 21, 2015

 When we first looked at this house (18 years ago!) I was not impressed with the kitchen cupboards, space, etc.  So, the hubby did lots of research, and lots of work refinishing my cupboards and replacing the sink, countertop and faucet!

There was an exhaust hood on the right where now there are new upper and lower cupboards (thanks to a little help from my son-in-law, Marty-the cupboard wizard, too).  It was bunches of time (by himself and the occasional 'furry child/cat) in the garage with the sander, stain, and cupboard doors, but I'm excited about how new and 'pretty' it is compared to the old kitchen appearance!
